MOSCATO I.G.T. VENETO SPARKLING WINE

TASTING NOTES AND PAIRINGS

The Moscato I.G.T. Veneto sparkling wine is obtained from 100% Moscato grapes grown in the Veneto region.

On the eye, it shows a lively, bright yellow color with delicate green reflections and a good presence of carbon dioxide from the second fermentation.

On the nose, the impact is elegant, delicate, and fragrant, with notes of orange, apricot, peach, and rose.

On the palate, the attack is excellent, with a pleasant effervescence beautifully integrated into the wine. Sweetness, acidity, and salinity are well balanced, with perfect aromatic coherence on the finish.

It pairs perfectly with dry pastries, fruit tarts, and puff pastry desserts.

ORIGIN AND GRAPE VARIETY

Produced in Veneto from 100% Moscato grapes, this sparkling wine captures the aromatic character of the grape variety. Harvest begins at the perfect stage of ripeness to preserve fragrance and varietal character.

VINIFICATION AND AGING

THE GRAPES ARE DESTEMMED AND CRUSHED, AND THE MUST IS SEPARATED FROM THE SKINS. ONCE COOLED, IT IS DECANTED, FILTERED, AND STORED AT 0-2°C. THE SPARKLING PROCESS TAKES PLACE IN AN AUTOCLAVE THROUGH SECOND FERMENTATION. THE WINE IS THEN COOLED TO -2°C TO PRESERVE RESIDUAL SUGAR AND AROMAS, FILTERED, AND BOTTLED. IT IS STORED IN A CELLAR AT 10-12°C. IT EXPRESSES ITS BEST AROMATIC FRESHNESS WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR AFTER BOTTLING.
